Unique patented design, Direct Drive discs All PFM brake discs utilise our own patented design and comprise of only 3 parts. With a choice of three different rotors available, S, HP & P, we can ‘dial-in’ your brakes to suit individual rider preferences. The lightweight nature of our products ensures reduced ‘unsprung’ weight, greatly reducing the gyroscopic effect on steering. PFM Unique 3 piece disc allow for quick and cost effective rotor change if/when required. Direct Drive spigots eliminate high point loading and the ‘ovality’ wear and jamming so often associated with disc buttons/ bobbins, instead offer increased drive load area of the rotor on the centre.
Performance Profiled Discs
Unlike many of the other wavy rotors on the market which are cut stock brake discs, our profiled rotors follow the mission of PFM branded products in producing a real performance upgrade. Manufacture from hardened and refined low carbon alloy steel guarantees little rotor wear and best performance. They’re laser cut, CNC machined and surface finished by precision twin grinding to provide perfect parallel and flatness. This ensures a perfect feel with more stopping power over OEM discs while applying less pressure to the brake lever. Profiled rotors can be used with any type of brake pads including sintered bronze, kevlar and ceramic carbon pads.
High Performance (HP) Stainless Steel Round
Manufactured from high performance Stainless Steel alloy, offering stability under high temperatures. Twin ground surface offering unrivalled ‘feel’ from the flat and parallel pad track area.
Ductile Iron (S) Sport Disc
Manufactured from Ductile Iron (DI), offering the ultimate in progressive brake performance, light weight, with maximum thermal efficiency.
Full Race Kits
If you require the ultimate in performance, with no compromise, we can offer a full race conversion kit. The kit is manufactured to World Superbike specification and is available for most current Sports and Superbikes, the kit uses our own High Performance billet aluminium six piston calipers that bolt directly to existing radial mounts. Race kits also available with a radial caliper upgrade for selected older models.
Introducing the new universal dual lever system from the manufactures of PFM Brake Systems. This unique modular assembly gives independent control over both front and rear brakes, or clutch using just one hand. The system also offers unrivalled levels of adjustment in both span and fulcrum (pivot point) utilising our unique patented design. It can also be used on the left side for clutch, rear or front brake operation. Whether you are a disabled rider wanting to ride bike, trike or outfit with improved confidence and safety, or a racer looking to not let go of the bars whilst applying a touch of rear brake (thumb brake), or even possibly a stunt rider looking for multifunctional controls, this system is the ideal solution in one lightweight assembly. Unlike other systems, both levers operate in the same plain allowing uninterrupted application.

Billet Race Brake Mastercylinder
PFM Brake Mastercylinder: Machined from high quality billet aluminum. The piston’s High Energy actuation system uses a three sealed ball bearing system that allows the piston to travel in a parallel fashion to the cylinder bore with minimal side loads, stiction, seal compression or extension. Giving a superbly smooth and easy actuation, resulting in more brake line pressure (braking power) with less effort on the lever and less rider hand fatigue. The Mastercylinder also has ‘span’ adjustment, that features either self locking ‘click’ thumbwheel, or cable operated remote adjuster. Matching hydraulic clutch master cylinders are available, also cable operation clutch levers.

Classic Race Mastercylinder
PFM Classic Mastercylinder: Our traditional Classic style axial Mastercylinder, combines the best of Classic look and up to date performance. Machined from high quality billet aluminum. The piston actuation system uses a three sealed ball bearing system that allows the piston to travel in a parallel fashion to the cylinder bore with minimal side loads, stiction, seal compression or extension. The end result is a superbly smooth and easy actuation, resulting in more brake line pressure (braking power) with less effort on the lever and less rider hand fatigue.
PFM Thumb Brake
The PFM Thumb Brake option uses the same hi-efficiency bearing action as all our Mastercylinders, minimising performance losses, giving increased feel and response. Available in three Versions:
A standalone item with a handlebar mount.

Race Rear Caliper
PFM Rear Race Caliper: Our ‘PFMTPC2’ . .At 640g this is a high performance race rear caliper. Machined from high specification billet aluminium this caliper with its 84mm mounting is designed for use on race bikes where performance rear wheel braking is desired.
Lightweight Rear Race Caliper
PFM Lightweight Rear Race Caliper: Our ‘PFMTPC1’ . .At 440g complete with pads certainly punches above its weight. Machined from high specification billet aluminium this caliper with its 84mm mounting is designed for use on race bikes where reduced weight is desired over ‘trail braking’.
