Full Race Kits

If you require the ultimate in performance, with no compromise, we can offer a full race conversion kit. The kit is manufactured to World Superbike specification and is available for most current Sports and Superbikes, the kit uses our own High Performance billet aluminium six piston calipers that bolt directly to existing radial mounts.

Grey PFM Brake CaliperThe brake discs supplied with these kits are our own patented design and comprise of only 3 parts, the ductile iron (DI) rotor, a material which delivers unrivalled coefficient of friction, heat transfer characteristics (compared to stainless steel) and subsequent stopping power, billet aluminium centre and a stainless steel retaining clip. All brake discs are 320mm diameter and have a narrow pad track, specifically designed to reduce gyroscopic forces and un-sprung weight whilst increasing braking power through its bigger effective radius. Also reducing residual brake drag to almost immeasurable levels compared to OE and other aftermarket brake calipers. This has the benefit of reducing the excessive heat build up over a period of time that usually leads to the brake lever progressively traveling further back towards the handlebar.

These kits give stunning controllable motorcycle brake performance for the rider who must have the best. These high performance motorcycle brakes have earned their place on the fastest race tracks in the world. The kit is supplied complete with brake pads and brake hoses and all necessary fittings.

These kits can be used with the standard master cylinder or our own radial master cylinder.

Sport Front Discs

Direct replacement brake discs for fast road, track day and race applications. When using standard brake calipers the sport front discs provide the ultimate in style, function and performance. The sport disc is our own patented design and, like the full race disc has only three component parts: the (DI) rotor, developed on the race tracks of the world. The billet aluminium centre and a stainless steel retaining clip. The disc rotor has grooves on each friction faces to clean used friction material from the brake pad face without reducing pad life.

PFM Spots Discs are lighter than most standard brake discs, specifically designed to reduced gyroscopic forces and un-sprung weight increasing the bikes steering response in addition to the much improved brake performance.

These kits can be used with the standard master cylinder but for optimum performance should be used with our radial master cylinder.

Profiled DiscsPerformance Profiled Discs

Unlike many of the other wavy rotors on the market which are cut stock brake discs, our profiled rotors follow the mission of PFM branded products in producing a real performance upgrade.

Manufacture from hardened and refined low carbon Chrome-Molybdenum alloy steel guarantees little rotor wear and best performance.

They’re laser cut, CNC machined and surface finished by precision twin grinding to provide perfect parallel and flatness. This ensures a perfect feel with more stopping power over OEM discs while applying less pressure to the brake lever.

Profiled rotors can be used with any type of brake pads including sintered bronze, kevlar and ceramic carbon pads.

Lightweight rear discs

A range of selected lightweight rear brake discs is available to compliment the Full Race Conversion Kits and sport front discs. These brake discs have been designed to provide sufficient friction area to suit fast road, track and race applications where reducing the unsprung weight is beneficial.

Recommended Brake Pads

For our own calipers we offer a selection of pad compounds, an organic/ceramic compound for road and light track use (PFM P001), A sintered pad for wet road and Supermoto use (PFMP001S), for fast road and track use a 95 compound (PFM P095) and a 211 compound (PFMP211).

The following pads are suitable for use with our DI  Sports discs, Compounds are subject to intended use:
Performance Friction (all compounds), Ferodo (Platinum and CP911,CP211), SBS (Dual Carbon), Bendix (C-Matrix)
